iDance Academy of Performing Arts was founded with a simple mission: to share the beauty, discipline, and joy of Bollywood, Indian classical and folk dance with the local community. What began as a small passion project has grown into a welcoming home for dancers of every age and skill level.
Our founder, Ishita Bhatnagar, trained for over a decade in Kathak and Bollywood dance under renowned gurus, performing on stages in India and across the USA before bringing that expertise home to build a studio rooted in tradition, technique, and creative expression.
Today, our instructors continue that legacy — nurturing confidence, culture, and community through dance, one student at a time.
From classical Kathak to high-energy Bollywood and folk traditions, we offer structured programs for every age and ability.
Classical North Indian dance focused on intricate footwork, spins (chakkars), expressive storytelling (abhinaya), and rhythmic precision.
High-energy choreography inspired by Indian cinema — a fun, fitness-friendly fusion of classical, folk, and modern dance styles.
Vibrant regional dances including Garba, Bhangra, and semi-classical fusion styles that celebrate India's diverse cultural heritage.
